Return Conditions

• Unopened Items: All Apple products, smartphones, and storage devices must be returned in their original, sealed packaging for a full refund.

• Opened Items: Due to the nature of high-end electronics, items that have been opened or “activated” (specifically iPhones and MacBooks) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Defective Goods: If your TV, audio equipment, or video conferencing gear arrives damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 48 hours for a priority replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Downloadable software or digital gaming codes.

• Items with missing serial numbers or physical damage.
